Shipping Policy
Overview
Casa La Vie partners with trusted Australian suppliers to deliver your orders directly to you. Each product is shipped from the supplier’s Australian distribution centre using reliable couriers such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, Allied Express, Border Express, StarTrack and others.
Our suppliers aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the courier used, and the size or weight of the item.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
- Dispatch: Usually within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days once dispatched. Remote or regional areas may take longer.
- Couriers and suppliers cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Partners
Depending on the supplier and your delivery address, your order may be shipped via one of the following couriers:

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some couriers offer an Authority to Leave (ATL) option, allowing parcels to be left in a safe place if you’re not home. By selecting ATL, you accept responsibility once the parcel has been delivered to your address.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order:
- Orders cannot be changed after they’ve been submitted.
- If an address is incorrect, the order may need to be cancelled and resubmitted, and additional fees may apply.
- If your postcode is undeliverable for a specific product, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
- PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are not accepted, orders will be cancelled/refunded if used.
Shipping to New Zealand
Some products can be shipped to New Zealand. Delivery times vary by supplier and courier. Orders over NZ$1,000 may incur import duties or taxes, which are payable by the customer on arrival.
Missing or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@casalavie.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Suppliers are responsible for resolving lost or damaged parcels and will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Delivery Limitations
- Deliveries are available within Australia and select New Zealand locations.
- PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are not always accepted.
- We cannot deliver to some remote or island postcodes due to courier restrictions.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Use that link to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.
